When using complex images, pie charts, or bar graphs, describe it using an alt text and a long description. Alt Text is meant to be brief, and used on simple images. Long descriptions give you more freedom to explain the image in as much as you need to. There are many ways to create a long description including:

Rule 1: The individual shapes may not be meaningful, but the overall drawing might be. Rule 2: Provide Alt Text to only one of the objects.
