  1. Go to the View Tab, and select the Theme Builder.

  2. With the Theme Builder open, go to the Main Tool Bar and click on the Text box tool. Click and drag to create your text box for your header or footer.

    Modify the font and size of the footer to match the text you use in your slides. Then exit the Theme Builder and you will see your header or footer on all of your slides.

  3. Exit the Theme Builder and the image is now on every slide. The screen reader will also not have access to it, so this method will save the reader time.
