Description
The Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of software that is licensed through an agreement between SUNY and Adobe to provide licensing for the Adobe Creative Cloud  or Adobe Acrobat DC for university owned computers. Once a license has been assigned, the licensed individual can install one additional copy on a personal computer by logging into Adobe.com.

User Services
The current agreement with Adobe provides licensing for Adobe Acrobat DC (Acrobat Pro) to half of the campus faculty and staff and Creative Cloud (which includes Acrobat DC) for the remaining half.  The software includes access to the Adobe collection of desktop apps that can be used for productivity and creative work. Business Services

SUNY Fredonia Faculty and Staff  can request for this service through the ITS Service Center.

Technical Services

Once a request has been received, ITS will add to the License group and deploy the software to the requestor's campus computer.

Requirements

In order to participate in the agreement, faculty and staff must have a university assigned computer that meets the minimum system requirements for the Adobe Creative Cloud.

Rates / Cost of Use
This is a campus wide agreement and as such there is no charge to the requesting department.

    • Monday – Thursday, 7am – 10pm

    • Friday, 7am – 5pm

  • Summer/Break Periods

    • Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm

Getting Help
SLA Notes

Users with workstation issues can expect a response within 4 hours and should expect a resolution within 48 business hours of entering a ticket.

Adobe software cannot be installed on computers not owned by the university.
