There is no charge back to the user.
Getting Started

Users are loaded into the system by the University Administrator after the Fall and Spring census date. Off-cycle account creation is handled as an on-needed basis.

Availability

This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Digital Measures Activity Insight

SLA Notes

Requests will be handled by the University Administrator within the next business day. If a work request needs to be submitted to Digital Measures, their SLA is two weeks.
