How Do I Update Digital Measures Activity Insight (DMAI) for Faculty Web Profiles

How do I use DMAI to keep my faculty web profile up to date?

Step-by-step guide

1. Log on to DMAI
2. In the Manage Activities section you can use the following screens with Faculty Web Profiles:
   
   1. Education^* - Entries with "Highest Degree You Have Earned?" marked "Yes" will be published (up to three degrees can be displayed).
   2. Personal and Contact Information - The following sections will be displayed only if data is present:
      
      1. Credentials Suffix
      2. Personal (non-Fredonia) Website
      3. Brief Biography
      4. Teaching Interest(s)^*
      5. Research Interest(s)^*
      6. Office Hours
      7. Programs Taught In
         

      **Please note: To update your name, title, department affiliation, campus address, phone number, or email, send an email to Human Resources. Approved HR changes to your directory information will appear on your faculty web page and on Fredonia People Finder

   3. Awards and Honors- Only entries with "Publish to public Fredonia website" marked with "Yes" will be published.
   4. Research Currently in Progress - Only entries with "Publish to public Fredonia website" marked with "Yes" will be published.
   5. Licensures and Certifications - Only entries with "Publish to public Fredonia website" marked with "Yes" will be published.
   6. Professional Memberships - Only entries with "Publish to public Fredonia website" marked with "Yes" will be published.
   Items above marked with * (Education, Teaching Interest(s), and Research Interest(s) will also be displayed on the department faculty listing page as well as the faculty web profile.
