As part of the University’s integrated physical security systems, the campus access control services include the following:

Examples: Access Level I or II unsecured doors, alarms not functioning properly, doors locked when they should be unlocked etc.

Examples: Unsecured Access Level III door, alarm continually sounding disrupting class, etc.)

Examples: Card access to main entrance to residence hall not functioning, alarm in residence hall continually sounding, Access Level III door unsecured etc.

Examples: Can't login to system, changes in BOSS not communicating with doors, errors when saving changes in BOSS etc.

(** All new Clearance Code, new Door Schedule, or special event requests need to be submitted a minimum of five business days before they are due. CRN based Clearance Code requests need to be submitted a minimum of 10 business days before they are due.**)
