How do I turn on live captioning in my Zoom Meeting?

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Click the Live Transcript button in your toolbar
    Zoom Menu

  2. Click Enable Auto Transcription
    Enable Auto-Transcription box at the bottom


Once Auto Transcription has been enabled, all Meeting Participants can adjust the size of the captions. To do this, click the up-arrow next to Live Transcript and clicking on Subtitle Settings.
