These are non-negotiable, and MUST be completed before you can reserve space. Revocable Permit Certificate of Insurance Both documents will be considered valid for one year from the date it is generated. Rental Rates may apply. For events involving children 17-years of age and younger, there is mandatory paperwork pertaining to the SUNY and Fredonia Child Protection Policy. Requests must be received at a minimum one-month in advance.
