BLUEview Network Management: Displays and Players

The BLUEview Network displays and players have been installed and configured to play digital signage. All displays are locked to prevent any tampering and should always be powered on. However, there are a few glitches that can happen. If you notice the power is off (black screen), please push the power button on the side panel to turn it back on.

If your BLUEview Network channel is displaying: 

  • “No Internet” message
  • “aw, snap!” error message
  • Old events are appearing
  • Display is stuck on one slide

Please notify with the location of the display and the problem so we can fix it.
