 Instructions

To Change an Image Within a Document Template:

  1. Once you are within “Create a File (Web Page)”, click Select a Document Template, choose the template you want from the drop-down menu, and title your page. (I have selected the “Basic Page” template)

  2. Click on the image within the template that you would like to change - in most cases this is the header image that is preloaded into the template. Once you have the image selected, press the Backspace or Delete button on your keyboard to get rid of the preloaded image. (Note: Do not move your cursor once you have deleted this image!)

  3. With your cursor still in the same spot, click the Insert Image button on the toolbar.

  4. A window will pop up and give you the option to Add a File. Choose where you would like to upload your file from, select the file, then click Add.

  5. A window will pop up to Provide Alternative Text. Provide alternative text in this window if this applies or check the box stating “This image is decorative”, then press Ok.

  6. Click Save and Close at the bottom of the page and your new image will appear within the template.

To Change the Profile Picture Image Within the “Meet Your Facilitator” Document Template:

  2. Once you have the image placeholder selected, press the Backspace or Delete button on your keyboard to remove it from the template. (Note: Do not move your cursor once you have deleted this image!)

  3. Your cursor will now appear within a small dark grey box. With your cursor selected in this box, click the Insert Image button on the toolbar. (Reminder: The image size for this template is 600px X 600px.)

  4. A window will pop up and give you the option to Add a File. Choose where you would like to upload your file from, select the file, then click Add.

  5. A window will pop up to Provide Alternative Text. Provide alternative text in this window if this applies or check the box stating “This image is decorative”, then press Ok.
