Managing Forum Subscriptions in OnCourse

As a student, how can I manage my Forum subscriptions?

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to the Forum from which you wish to unsubscribe.

  2. Locate the green gear icon, and click the drop-down arrow.

  3. Select Unsubscribe from this forum to unsubscribe.

      4. The page will refresh and you will see a message at the top of the screen that you will no longer receive new post notifications.



HINTS

You can change your digest preferences to change how you receive notifications in OnCourse, for the forums that you are subscribed to. The default is No digest (single email per forum post).

  1. Begin by navigating to Preferences and then select Forum Preferences.

      2. Choose your preference from the drop down menu, scroll down and click Save changes.

  • You have the option to receive a daily email with full posts, or a daily email containing subjects only.
