  1. Log into Drupal.

  2. Edit your web page by clicking Edit in the lower right.

  3. In the editor, highlight the text you wish to use for the link.

  4. Click the link icon in the editing toolbar.

  5. The Link dialog box appears. Choose the type of link you want to add and follow the group of steps below.

    1. Highlight text. 2. Click link icon. 3. Type or paste text for the destination page.
  6. Click the Checkmark to save the link.

  1. Open a new browser tab.

  2. In that new tab, visit the target page (the one you want your link to go TO) and then copy the Title from that target page, example: "Fredonia Technology Incubator (FTI)"



  3. Go back to the first browser tab with your page, where the link will be added.

  4. If you have not started editing the page, click Edit in the lower right.

  5. Click the link icon  in the editing toolbar. 

  6. The Add Link dialog box appears.

  7. Click inside the URL field and paste the Page Title you copied from the target page, example: "Fredonia Technology Incubator (FTI)"

  8. A pop-up menu appears under the URL field.

  9. Click on a result in that pop-up menu to select a Basic Page.

  10. Press Save.

  1. Open a new browser tab.

  2. In that new tab, visit the target page (the one you want your link to go TO).

  3. Copy the URL from the browser address field for that target page, example: https://www.suny.edu/attend/find-a-suny-campus



  4. Go back to the first browser tab with your page, where the link will be added.

  5. If you have not started editing the page, click Edit in the lower right.

  6. Click the link icon  in the editing toolbar. 

  7. The Add Link dialog box appears.

  8. Click inside the URL field and paste the URL you copied from the target page, example: https://www.suny.edu/attend/find-a-suny-campus



  9. A pop-up menu appears under the URL field.

  10. Select that link from the pop-up menu.

  11. Press Save.

  1. Go to your page, where the email link will be added.

  2. Click Edit

  3. The Add Link dialog box appears. 

  4. Click “Open File Browser” and then navigate to your website files listing (example: section > about > offices > marketing_and_communications > web_team)

  5. Browse your files and select one or click Upload to add a new file to the server.

  6. When the file is located or uploaded, click Select.

  7. Press Save.
