Download the Windows MBox Viewer application from https://sourceforge.net/projects/mbox-viewer/ and extract it to the C:\Fredapps directory
Open mboxview.exe from the c:\fredapps directory. NOTE: Users need to submit a Tracker ticket to request access to the c:\fredapps directory. The ticket should include the user’s computer name and the reason for the request.
Open the File menu and select “Select folder…”
