The Smart Classrooms service includes the installation, maintenance and upgrade of Smart Classrooms in academic buildings.

User Services
The smart classrooms are fully equipped with white boards, Internet, computer work stations, controlled lighting, sound & video system with remote controls, table and chair for the instructor, and a projection screen.

Smart Classroom equipment, space and furniture.
Technical Services
  • Procurement & Property Control
  • Installation, setup, configuration and maintenance
  • Monthly inventory and testing

Rates / Cost of Use
The cost is covered by the student technology fee
Getting Started
  • Semester Hours

    • Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

  • Summer/Break Periods

    • Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm

Users with emergency issues can expect a response within 4 hours and should expect a resolution within 48 business hours of entering a ticket.

Changes to the service (transition, additions, and discontinuations) must be reviewed by the Director of Technology Support Services, the ITS Service Center Coordinator, TAC and approved by the Service Manager (CIO) and Cabinet.
