Update software application to fix or improve its performance.  Including security vulnerability fixes and other bugs.

Function 1:  Microsoft patches for all computers via WSUS.

Function 2:  Third party software patching for all computers via Shavik. This tool scans Microsoft servers and desktops and schedules immediate remote patch scans and installations.
