- Core are includes the Google apps that can be used, per the terms and conditions of the contract between SUNY and Google
- Non-Core(on) are the Google apps that are currently turned on and will be turned off on 12/31/21however, should not be on per the SUNY Google Contract.
- Non-Core (off) are Google apps that are not allowed to be turned, per the terms and conditions of the contract between SUNY and Google, and will remain off until further notice.
