Covered under the Google/SUNY service agreement are core apps listed below. All core apps are currently turned on and available to the Fredonia campus community. Google Workspace is offered to the campus community as a “self-support” service. Campus community members are encouraged to use Google documentation for assistance with the available Core apps.

Core includes the Google Workspace apps that can be used, per the terms and conditions of the contract between SUNY and Google
Non-Core (on) are additional Google services that are currently turned on however, should not be in use per the SUNY Google Contract, and could be turned off in the future.
Non-Core (off) are additional Google services that are turned off, per the terms and conditions of the contract between SUNY and Google, and will remain off unless added to Core apps in the future.
