Technology Policies To Be Retired

The following policies are outdated and have been replaced by updated local technology, NYS, SUNY and NIST policies. The policies listed below are officially retired:

Information Technology
Computer and Network Usage Policy - Replaced largely by Acceptable Use Policy.
Listserv Policies - Listserv system was replaced by Google Groups.

Privacy & Security 
The following policies have all been replaced by the existing 14 SUNY NIST-based policies between 2017 and 2019.

Physical Information Security Policy 
Electronic Information Security Policy 
Telephone and Fax Security Policy
