having an issue with the “Don’t ask again for 14 days” option?

There is an option on some browsers to automatically clear cookies and other site data whenever you close the browser. This is why Microsoft MFA doesn’t “remember” that you checked this option. Please follow this article in order to change your browser settings.

If your browser settings are correct, and the 14 days option is still not working, please note that the 14 days will only apply to the specific computer and browser you are using. For example, if you check this option on your personal laptop, and then sign in on a lab computer within the 14 days, you will still have to use Microsoft MFA on the lab computer. If you sign in on Google Chrome , and then sign in again on Microsoft Edge within the 14 days, you will have to verify with Microsoft MFA on Microsoft Edge. This is a feature of all secure multi-factor authentication software.
