Submit a Help ticket to be added as a Terminal Server user by emailing help@fredonia.edu
Once you have been added as a Terminal Server user, establish a VPN connection. If you do not already have a VPN account established, see this article Getting started with the Fredonia Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services
Once a VPN connection has been established, launch the remote desktop application to connect to TS5
From Windows search, start typing Remote Desktop and select the Remote Desktop Connection app
Enter TS5 for the Computer name
Log on to the terminal server using your Eservices credentials
