Accessing The Fredonia Terminal Server

• Submit a Help ticket to be added as a Terminal Server user by emailing help@fredonia.edu

• Once you have been added as a Terminal Server user, establish a VPN connection. If you do not already have a VPN account established, see this article Getting started with the Fredonia Virtual Private Network (VPN) Services

• Once a VPN connection has been established, launch the remote desktop application to connect to TS5

From Windows search, start typing Remote Desktop and select the Remote Desktop Connection app

Open

• Enter TS5 for the Computer name

Open

• Log on to the terminal server using your Eservices credentials
