How to use LISTEN Technology, Assistive Listening Intelligent 12-Unit Charging Tray/Carrying Case and Earpiece for Thompson Hall W101?

Overview: Assisted Listening devices can improve hearing for anyone with hearing loss. The way it works is by having a receiver send the audio content directly to their ear. The device used in Thompson Hall W101 is called Assistive Listening Intelligent 12-Unit Charging Tray/Carrying Case and Earpiece.

Set up the Assistive Listening Intelligent 12-Unit Charging Tray/Carrying Case

Examples of a charging tray and case. Each object has 12 devices inside them.
  1. Attach cable management base to charging tray.

    The charging tray is lying on its right side. A hand is using a screw driver on the bottom of the base.
  2. Attach cable management arm.

  3. Face the arm inward or outward.

  4. Arm can be mounted on a flat surface life a counter, desk, or table.

  5. Connect the power cord to the charging unit and connect to the power source.

  6. Connect the power supply. Charging status is shown by a flashing LED light.

Checking Out Units

  1. Remove a unit from the charging slot.

  2. The unit will turn on by itself, the ID is displayed.

  3. Confirm that the battery is charged.

  4. Place the guest’s ID in the receiver slot of the tray/box.

Checking In Units

  1. Press the POWER Button for a few seconds. The ID number will show up on the display.

  2. Check-in the unit using the log book or software, or return the guests ID.

  3. Use cleaning wipes to clean the earphone and unit.

  4. Place the unit in a charging slot.

  5. Unit turns off by itself and begins charging. LED Status: Flashing - Charging, Solid - Fully Charged

Setting Up Units

  1. Connect an earpiece to the 3.5mm output jack extension cable.

  2. Connect the other side of the output jack to the top of the device.

  3. Enjoy your class!
