Drupal: Reverting a Page and viewing Page Revisions

Step-by-step guide

1. After signing in, click the Revisions button.

   Open

   

   Click the Revisions button the lower right.

2. You will see a list of previous revisions of the page, like this.
   Click on a date to view that revision.

   Open

   

   Click on a date on the left side to view that revision.

    

3. Compare two different versions of the page to see the edits and highlighted changes. This is similar to MS Word’s Track Changes feature.

   1. Click the radio buttons on the right, next to two different revisions.
      
      

   2. Click the Compare Selected Revisions button.

       

   3. Drupal will highlight any differences between the two revisions.

       

4. After verifying the changes and locating the revisions you want, click the Revert button next to that revision and confirm the change. This will switch the page to that selected previous version. The old revision will be saved as a new revision.
