SUNY Managed Print Initiative FAQ

This is a SUNY system-wide print resource use initiative. The most pertinent information can be found here:

Contact the ITS Service Center for service. The ITS Service Center can provide a loaner printer. This printer may not have all of the same specifications as the current department printer, but ITS will do their best to meet the needs while a new printer is either being purchased or the current one is fixed.

Replacement printers can be purchased through Toshiba. Please reach out to the ITS Service Center for an official quote after looking over the options as seen here:

Unfortunately, the options located in the article are the only options currently available. We are working to get other options added and if you need something different, please reach out to the ITS Service Center to discuss.
