Copying at a FREDprint Station

This guide will discuss how to copy in general with a FREDprint station. It will utilize screenshots from the HP 62665 model MFP, but Toshiba and other scan enabled FREDprint stations will be similar.

Steps to copy at a FREDprint station:

  1. Log into the station by either:

    1. tapping your FredCard on the card reader, or

    2. entering your passcode

  2. Select Direct Access from the options presented to you.

  3. On the HP, you will be presented with just Copy as an option. On a Toshiba, you will have Simple Copy and Copy.

    1. The key difference is that Copy gives you lots of options related to formatting and finishing that Simple Copy would not.

    2. Simple Copy will allow for the quickest copying more, not having to modify settings, as seen to the right.

    3. Copy will allow for the most flexibility, as seen to the right.

  4. Once you have the settings and copy count set, press the copy button on the screen.
