This policy was adopted in January 2023 pursuant to Gov. Hochul’s Executive Order No. 17, which requires state entities to adopt a Gender-based Violence and the Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds enumerated minimum standards in order to address domestic violence in the workplace. In accordance with this policy, the Assistant Director of Human Resources will act as the Campus Domestic Violence Agency Liaison (Campus DVAL).
