The Department of Involvement and Student Development does not support or approve the gifting of cash prizes for student events. For all events held in the Williams Center, prizes should be in the form of a gift card from Walmart, Tops, the Campus Bookstore, Tim Hortons, or other dining or clothing establishments. Prizes such as iTunes cards, electronics, bicycles, DVDs, packaged food items or household products, or checks process after the event by Student Association or the College Foundation are permitted. Prizes should never include alcohol.
